Cassie Wilson has traveled to Brazil for her brother’s wedding; yet she’s the one with cold feet. She’s all set to begin seminary, but she’s sick and tired of being treated like a saint, especially by the best man. What she really needs is one sexy night with him to ease her jitters and give her a taste of normal life.

Adam Forrester crashed and burned at his dream job, screwing up all his hopes for a better life. Now he’s moved home to start over, but first he must confront the irresistible Cass, apologize for whatever happened on that drunken night he can’t remember, and make damn sure it doesn't happen again. Only she has other plans.

He has typecast her as the good girl in his heart. Can she force him to see her as a real woman, desires and all?

Cassie traveled all the way to Brazil with mixed feelings.  She’s thrilled that her brother has found the love of his life and her whole family will be there to celebrate his wedding.  But she doesn’t want to face Adam Forrester again after that one unforgettable night.

Now she’s on the verge of entering the Seminary and her life is about to change in ways that frighten her.  In truth, what she really fears is never spending another passionate night with Adam.
“Across the coffee table, his brown eyes smoldered, unreadable. But she knew what lay behind them— the inexplicable thing that drew them together and the frat-boy rule that little sisters were off limits, but mostly, his belief that she should be treated like the Virgin Mary. She wasn’t a virgin, and she wasn’t Mary. And damn it, she needed Adam to know it.”
Adam always thought that Cassie was off limits.  Not only is she his best friend’s little sister – but she’s about to commit her life to God.  He has nothing to offer her other than his shame and failure. Memories of one stolen night have haunted his dreams for years.  Now that she’s back, how can he ever resist making his dream come true?
“I see you. All of you.”
In that bone-deep way, she knew he did. Her skin burned under his penetrating vision and some other, intangible part of her also burst into flames. She surrendered to the bonfire. And later, after they’d said good-bye, she could carry that knowledge with her, into her first day of class, her first day in a pulpit, her first wedding or baptism or funeral. Someone had seen all of her, and understood, and wanted her still. No, not just someone. Him.”
One Sinful Night in Sao Paulo is a rare example where the unlikely pairing of spirituality and desire work fabulously!  I was a bit skeptical at first, but Amber’s honest approach was what made the story real for me.

Don’t get me wrong.  It was steamy and yet infinitely sweet at the same time – and it even left me smiling in the end…
